Condor Flugdienst is a German leisure airline which was part of the Thomas Cook Group, which has been insolvent since September 2019. The airline was initially founded as Deutsche Flugdienst GmbH in 1955 and rebranded as Condor after it took over its rival Condor-Luftreederei. It’s main hub is Frankfurt Main Airport.*

Travel Class
Condor Flugdienst provides for 3 travel classes:
Business Class: Condor offers all business class passengers with Zodiac Aerospace seats which can be converted into flatbeds and is equipped with power and USB outlets.
Premium Economy Class: Condor's Premium Economy seats are German manufactured ZIM which offers more leg space and pitch.
Economy Class: Condor offers all-economy guests with standard seats in which the middle seats are wider than the other seats for comfort.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Miles & More is the frequent flyer programme, which is also Europe's largest frequent flyer programme. Member can earn miles travelling across Star Alliance member airlines. Members can also enjoy miles while planning holidays, movies, hotels and car rentals.
Baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry hand baggage which can weigh up to 8 kgs and the check-in bag can weigh up to 20-25 kgs according to the chosen class option. Passengers can read about excess luggage allowance, specification and additional charges here.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 2hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Note- Condor offers all guests Late Night Check-in option available at an additional cost where guests can check-in baggage in advance and pick up boarding pass the night before the flight. Passengers can then go staright to the secuity checkpoints at the gate along with the travel documents and valid ID / Passport.
In-Flight Services
Passengers on Condor Flugdienst flights can book light snacks and meals on short-haul flights and Premium meals on long-haul flights. All special and premium meals can be pre-booked up to 24 hours prior to departure. All passengers in Premium and Business class have access to 100+ hours of pre-loaded entertainment, Economy passengers have access to one movie, TV episodes and the full music library which can be upgraded at an additional cost.
Onboard support
Condor Flugdienst provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight.
Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Condor Flugdienst sales’ office or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
